I am currently working as a Transformation Manager at IBM and am based out of Bangalore. I have experience in business development and delivery of consulting, technology and outsourcing services with expertise in strategic market planning, sales, client management and new product development.
My previous experience includes a two year stint with Hewitt Associates as a Technology Consultant, where I was responsible for both sales and delivery of technology implementation services. At Hewitt, I worked in the areas of applying e-Business technologies to HR delivery, shared services and outsourcing. More recently, I was with Ocwen Financial Corporation as a Business Sales Manager where I was part of the sales and marketing team for global outsourcing and technology products and solutions. I led the pre-sales support and marketing teams in India and was a Product Manager for a new Call center solution being launched in India. I have also worked in the Hotel Industry; I was with the Taj Group of Hotels where I worked on a number of technology implementation projects.
I have a Masters Degree in Management from Indian Institute of Management Calcutta (IIMC). I also have a Bachelors Degree in Commerce and Diploma’s in Hotel Management, Networking, High Level Computer Systems, Programming and Operating Systems. I am also a Certified Trader in Financial Markets by NSE, India.
